Key Population Uganda was in attendance, for the consultative meeting with support from International Community Of Women Living With HIV/Eastern Africa, seeking a way forward for the KPs community and assessing the needs at hand.
Some of the issues discussed at hand were:-
Access to both HIV and Sexually Transmitted Diseases, Access to pre exposure prophylaxis and Post Exposure Prophylaxis.
Stigma and discrimination of Key Populations by Health workers.
Solutions to the above hindering KPs access to Health services and way forward.
